Returns & Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $99. Most orders ship within 1 business day from our Bristol, PA warehouse.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened electronics carry a 15% restocking fee.

To start a return, email info@wehaveadealinc.com with your order number — we'll email a prepaid label.

Warranty

Every product includes the full manufacturer warranty plus our 2-year in-store service guarantee at no extra cost.

Extended protection plans are available at checkout for most TVs, laptops and audio gear.

Warranty claims are processed in-house — bring your receipt to our Bristol, PA showroom or email us to start a remote claim.
